*****ulant Account Under My Name!!!!

I would like to know why multichoice has not contacted me telephonically with regards to the issue i raised. There is another persons name under my account& i keep having to pay for this persons account& i don't even know who they are. This issue was never raised by them in my previous review which i find very strange as it was the subject of the review. All they sent was an automated incorrect message saying i owe R126 , i don't owe multichoice any money, the person who *****ulantly put someone elses name under my account needs to answer to this. I will not be played my multichoice any longer. My details are clearly not safe with them if something like this can happen. I suggest they get top the bottom of this issue as soon as possible. My payment since i've been on pricelock have been as follows: June R1 100 July R 1400 August R880 September R650 October R650 November R640 December R680

How do i owe over R700 if i have made 2 payments of R1100& R1400? I was told the standard amout was R668, why am i then expected to pay more than the agreed upon amount. I've always paid my account forward& the part about the debit order being reversed is false as you people had not been debiting my account hence i has to keep doing eft payments. Please show me proof that i reversed a debit order from multichoice. I will pay the R126 you claim i owe& i hope this will be the last time you will be expecting extra money from me.

Please please address the issue on my subject. How are you people going to remove that ********** account under my name because even now you're still running away from the main issue. How did someone else details end up on my account without me giving any instruction. This account clearly has an impact of the payments that keep changing every month. I don't want to to hear about false payments anymore. ADDRESSS THE ********** ACCOUNT NOW!!!
