Good morning My name is Mpho Sepuru, dstv reference number....... For compact service. Late 2021 I contacted dstv to cancel all services & close my dstv account. The agent did assist me & assured that the account has been closed. Fast forward months later I received a call from a dstv rep account saying I owe an amount of R900.00 . From what I know about dstv, it is a pay as you watch. So if I haven't paid I cannot watch view the channels. The agent also highlighted that it may be an internal *****, someone was doing ***** on my account which means the agent who had assisted me in closing the account might have not closed it. 1.Please note that the R900.00 that is said I owe I will not pay it as according to me I had canceled all services. 2.I request the telephonic conversations records. 3.I am going to report this to Ombudsman. 4. I am going to post on HelloPeter. 5.I want feedback on disciplinary action that will be taken against the agent doing ***** in my name & the agent has to pay this outstanding amount.
