Dstv better get their act together or I'm taking them to Icasa and the NCR . I'm tired of their *********** staff and not getting joy from them every month and paying exuberant amount for the nonsense their repeats and if that is not enough they disconnect services just for the fun of it. My Compaq services were disconnected and had to pay R880 i then called and said they should downgrade me to R29.00 package and they told me to pay R470..... I paid that and was reinstated then today while at work I get an sms that my services have been suspended must 370 what the hell for when I requested to downgrade The time is 1202 and I have been on hold for 35 minutes for a supervisor. I want them to listen to all my calls made on the 06/04/2018 and tell me where on that call did I ask to be on compaq. I'm sick of multi choice and want answers now
