I pay them R1400 per month for 400gb and compact and they have not loaded my data for this month and noone at your call center can help me with dstv internet. I have to top up 50gb which cost me an extra R400 cos my special needs son can be able to do his online schooling. I need this sorted out asap. I now have a bill of 1800 but no 400gb received.
