*****elent Explora Contract
I have only realised this month that you have been charging me R900 for my Explora contract. I agreed to a deal for R799 in March 2015 and now DSTV tell me the contract shows 7 April 2015.<br> <br> This is *****, which is ********. I did not agree to a contract of R900/month over 24 months and I would like you to resolve it please.<br> <br> I do not remember signing a contract of R900/month for 24 months or agreeing to it telephonic-ally. The agent promised me a R799/month contract for 24 months with no increase and no addidtional cost and that is what I have budgeted for.<br>
