The DSTV billing system is not working and I do not receive any monthly statements. When you miss a payment, they add some money to your bill, but do not deduct it the next month? Say your monthly bill is R100 - you pay late they add the days you went over the month - say it's now R 110. So this means you have paid for some of the days in the next month. Coming next month they charge R100 again - so you actually pay R210 for two months and not R200??

Then also one cannot retrieve any statements on their website called "Self Help"!!!
