*****ELENT ACTIVITY

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my whole life. The call center agents and managers working in the call centers are useless. There are ********** activity going on my account and they told me that I need to pay R2054 to re-activate my account with some useless person in there call center changed my package without my permission the agents and the manager listened to the recordings and found out that the person on the other side was not me. and still nothing has been done to rectify my account. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO WATCH DSTV WHICH SOME IDIOT HAS CHANGED WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I will make sure that everyone of my family and friends here about this if this matter has not been resolved
