***** within multichoice

After my last review Multi choice contacted me and said they have canceled all my extra services. Their collections department asked me to pay R450 for my services to be restored, however my services are still blocked. I was asked to send proof of payment of which I did but now I am being told that the insurance was not canceled and I have to pay more money. First of all I have never signed up for any of those services and they said their consultants are desperate to make sales so they keep signing people up without the customer's permission, and I happen to be one of the victims of this multi choice *****. No one is even willing to assist me
