***** ON MY DSTV ACCOUNT

Yesterday I called DSTV to enquire why R1200.00 was debited from my account. I spoke with Siyabonga Ngubane who told me that he is not able to help me because the information I verified with him does not link to my account.

He said my details show Vimbani Buthelezi on his side therefore unable to help me. I asked to speak with his Manager or Team Leader he told me that his TL is Thobeka but he doesn't know her surname because she was appointed on 31/05/2022 "last night". Apparently Thobeka was on a call , asked for my numbers but hasn't called me back.
