good day

I m not happy with DSTV treatment, somebody upgrade my account without my acknowledgement, I just surprise when I received a call to say I must pay 600 to activate my account, and I never upgrade to another view, what surprises me they do have the recording and contact details of a person who upgrade my account but they are not doing anything about it, is about five days now waiting for a call form DSTV. when I do follow up , I m always told the case is escalated to investigation department, still waiting for the call, and the services is being cut.
