So during the weekend I called to enquire how much I’d pay to cancel my contract A guy by the name of Lionel assisted me He put me through to another lady that confirmed that since I have 3 months remaining of my contract then I will only pay R259 to downgrade my package She said i need to pay this amount before month ends then call again to downgrade. Today 31/08 I call and speak to someone else who tells me that I’ll pay a lot of money to downgrade because it’s a contract First of all I’ve been overcharged for months on this contract The agreement was R655 but I’ve been paying between R700-R900 monthly. Now this. Then I ask for a superior. Maria who took her time to get to the call and the call cuts. So I have to call and speak to someone else? This a *****. I am not paying lots of money that they failing to disclose to cancel the contract I paid what I was asked to pay. I need the cancellation done. Else I’m taking this further.
