In April I phoned Dstv to make sure they don't activate my pvr again as I was going through a messy divorce and my ex stole it out my house! They promised they put a note on the system so that he couldn't call in. In August I phoned in again to do extra view activation and so I checked that the note was there and they said it was. Today I get my subscription suspended, so I call in to find out the reason. They said my husband phoned in and activated a pvr on my name! *** after I told them no one has permission to access my account! How can they just let a male activate decoders on a females account? There service is pathetic as they said I'm liable to now pay for the arrears account even though they didn't check the notes on the account! By letting him access my account after I instructed he may not is *****.
