I have made payments and all of a sudden I have a pending amount of R410 from when?? I am being ****med, this is such poor service.

The payment was only received today on the 28.08.2020, when the account had been suspended. However, since payment has been received, the services are active and the subscription is up-to-date.
The amount of R398.08, is due for payment on the 25.09.2020.
