***** & False advertising

I subscribed for the premium package on price lock it was a black Friday deal, the first debit order was deducted just after installation which was a pro rata amount of R601, the second deduction was R3000 for the next month, after 10 phone calls, nobody can tell me how they got to R3000 for the first month if the installment should only be R849, my package included installation...seems like I am now paying for installation twice
