Absolutely pathetic service ,Dstv has **********ly been billing , one of there accredited dealers has linked multiple accounts on our service we have price look price plan , up R8000 billed on our account,

I request this issue to sorted and all relevant funds that was billed in excess must be reverse , we will go the legal route , by end of this week , if this not sorted

This issue has been going on for a couple of months , with excess amounts been billed,

After numerous of calls , what experience we get from DSTV call centre is one of the worst experiences a customer can deal with .

NB YOU HAVE UNTIL THE END OF THIS WEEK 07TH FEB , We have already in process of pulling of all system notes , and relevant parties involved
