***** (disgusting)- Subscription Cancelled but they still Debit from my Bank Account.

I gave instruction to Multichoice for my account/subscription to be completely cancelled (as I no-longer need their service) and they advised that this was done successfully earlier this month, but today the debit other went off, This is extremely disgusting and is costing us a lot of money as we have to always reverse the transaction incurring charges.
