***** debit order

Good day

On 23 February i received a sms that states that i will be paying my dstv via debit order which i did not request.. I phoned multicjoice on the 25th to confirm that i do cash payments which they did confirm and told me the sms was wrongfully sent to me. On the 27th the debit order was deducted from my account. According to me that is ***** from Multuchoice side. Very bad service
