So dstv has signed me up for some sort of insurance... no one has contacted me or anything, and now a letter of arrears has been issued that I cannot access. What in the hell is going on? And why the hell can't anyone tell me what is going on. I did not sign up for any insurance on the 01/03/22. I need answers.
