***** COMMITTED BY MULTICHOICE FOR THEIR OWN FINANCIAL GAIN

On 20 March for the 3rd time I gave instructions to Multichoice to disconnect my DSTV as I was divorced and moved out of the matrimonial home. The account was in my name. I EXPLICITLY told them NOT TO ALLOW ANYONE to activate the account as I will not be held liable for the costs. Yet, my EX HUSBAND was allowed to use MY name, id number and contact details PER TELEPHONE WITHOUT SIGNING A CONTRACT to switch on the DSTV service UNDER MY NAME!!!!! On 10 November 2015 I AGAIN told them I am not using this account. I WAS MARRIED OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY!!!!

Now my ex husband does not pay and they want to hand ME over to collections FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I CANCELLED AND DID NOT USE!!!! THIS IS *****!!!!!! How am I as a consumer protected against ***** committed by multichoice and my EX husband?!?!?!?!?!?

I strongly suggest you follow your customers instructions instead of ignoring it and sort out your own billing mess. I never gave my permisson for my account to be used by a third party in fact I INSTRUCTED YOU NOT TO!!!! STOP USING MY INFO TO COMMIT *****!!!!!
