***** by multichoice

Last I complained about my dstv premiumwhich I took for 2 year and its a lock price. my premium I notice its almost R1000.00 more than i signed up with multichoice. One consultant promised to pay back. Instead they corrected the premium and told me that there is no refund when i called call centre.

I went there in person on the 6 November 2022 helped by consultant name William who was a both 24. while he was talking to me he stopped and help someone else. he did not even asked me if can he help the other person or he is done with me even though i had just arrive.

Multichoice don't care about their customers except of taking money without any clients consent and keep it which is day light *******.
