***** BY DSTV MULTICHOICE

DSTV Multichoice are a bunch of *******, ********** and ******. I have a fixed locked in subscription of R549-00 per month. My account number is ***. They debited by account on the 5th September for R839-00. I queried this and they indicated and they will CHECK & refund in 5 DAYS!

At the beginning of the month they disconnected me via SMS saying I owed them R179-00. (Bear in mind that I have a debit order) I called and they said it was a mistake on their side and reconnected me.

It seems they perpetuate ***** and hope the unsuspecting subscriber will not notice. How many other subscribers that they done this to? They will only return overbilling after 5 days? Can you imagine the interest they will receive for 5 days on millions of subscribers? I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! Thank GOD for competition! I am moving to Netflix! I want my money immediately refunded.
