***** AT DSTV MULTICHOICE

I have a contract with Multichoice and am paying R633.00 monthly by debit order, but in December they deducted R1030.00 and they don't know why and have no explanation why i was charged more for December, my query has been escalated since the beginning of January but nothing was done to resolve my query clearly there is some kind of ***** happening since they also don't know what is happening i have spoken to multiple consultants who promise to get my query resolved but end up being disconnected twice a week for services a have paid for because their finance department is failing to do their work.
