***** and Theft - Delivering to addresses which doesn't exist

So Dstv called me daily to take out a price lock + Explora deal, Monday the 20th of December 2021 the morning I have agreed and the agent promised me that I will have it "installed and working" with in 5-7 days. Now Thursday a guy called me for the installation asking me if the Explora was delivered to me? Where I have rep**** no it was not, He then told me it was delivered. I asked him to which address. He gave me an Address in Mafikeng. If you check on Google Maps the address doesn't even exist, I told them that I stay in Brits NW 0250, and since every from Thursday they kept on calling me for the installation where I tell them its not delivered and that Dstv delivered it to a address in Mafikeng which doesn't Exist nor do I stay in Mafikeng. They only promises me that they will get back to me but no one does. Only the next agent to arrange for installation.

I hope the person who is making false promises (the person checking Hello Peter complaints) is happy with the level of service they are giving because I will not even treat a beggar on the street with such poor service. I will feel so bad promising everyone that It will be giving the necessary attention just so that other people will read the comments to tricking them into thinking that Dstv cares but they don't care about there customers. You must start thinking if dstv has to become liquidated that means no more JOB you will then get NO salaries. because people is paying dstv money for Tv service and if the customer is not getting service the customer will not pay for a service. that means that dstv gets less money and if it becomes to a point where they will not be getting alot that means retrenchment or the company becomes liquidated and if its liquidated then you will be getting nothing if retrenched. because there is no money there assist will be sold on auction to cover there debt before they can think of paying any monies to employees who was fired or retrenched due to no serivce.

If Im you I will start thinking of giving more attention to complaints because that is the only thing dstv is getting on hello peter. Not even 1 Good comment on Dstv only bad service complaints from customers.
