We acted on the advert in December on dstv channels to upgrade to the explora via an sms, and eventually got our new decoder in February 2015. Unfortunately it only worked for one evening and then we got the 'no signal'sign over the screen. After a week of numerous phone calls and e-mails we were advised that we need a bigger dish for the decoder to work properly, a fact that was not mentioned in the add. They also told us that the decoder is most likely faulty due to the fact that it only worken for one evening, and they will send someone to pick it up again. They picked it up about two weeks ago. They took money every month since February though, and didn't cancel my debit order as requested via e-mail. No refund was made to date, and again they took close to R1600 from my account, due to us having 2 decoders, even though the one was only used for one evening due to it being faulty
