***** AND LIES ITS DISGUSTING

We took a contract for 24 months 1 explora on compact plus price lock the total amount debit agreement was R699 but DSTV debits R990 when I enquire I'm told we are billed for 2 exploras and extra view we know nothing about. We had this issue way before they came to install and we immediately wanted out of the deal because we realised that we're signing a deal with the devil..After weeks of on and off we are still in the same position. The services have been cut off today the 11th because the debit was returned unpaid.. We have made sure that the money is provided for but the fact that we being billed for things we don't have shows that this will never end. I am now taking this to consumer protection and the ombudsman, we have spent a lot of money in calls and the stress is priceless let alone the inconvenience and disrespectful on and off connection Very disgusting behavior from such a big company.. ******** employees, This is abuse and ***** DSTV u can't be doing this to ppl..We will now sue for these accusations of us having 2 decoders. I AM AT WORK MY PARRTNER WORKS FROM HOME I HAD ADVISED YOUR AGENTS TO USE MY PARTNERS CONTACTS THE O84 AND COMMUNICATE WITH HER AS I CANNOT LEND MY EARS TO THIS ANYMORE.. I PROPOSED A CANCELATION BEFORE INSTALLATION I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WILL BE SORTED BUT MY FAMILY IS ALWAYS BEING DISCONNECTED AS IF WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WE SIGNED UP FOR..
