***** and False advertising

I have been telling then that Chanel 161 and 194 are not playing, their agent told me that the mistake will be fixed as they were having difficulties....It's day3 now and I am on a package that includes the service....they have been coming with vrap stories about the weather and my weather is perfectly fine....this is ***** and false advertising as I am paying for a service that I don't have.
