Today I received a message for the balance I need to pay for my DSTV only to find out that they have increased the amount. When I called them to ask why the lady hung up on me. I called again and the guy said that they increased because they added extras without even consulting me. This is not the first time DSTV does this to me. They didn't even call me to ask if I want them. That is *****. Last they said I didn't pay my account and blocked me but I had paid and now they change our agreement without any consent. According to the Law of contract that is *****. Their service is poor, their constants are rude and they take advantage of customers. I feel violated because I was not consulted. I want my account fixed and back to the way it was. There was no communication and no consent from me.
