The option that I'm on the subscription is R389,00 but I always pay extra R400 /410 . When I enquired why I don't pay lesser on certain months considering I pay more than the subscription I was told it's because I'm not paying with stop/debit order which I consider nonsense. Then this month I paid earlier than the usual date but on top of that they sent me message that I still owe R390 for what? So must I pay twice for one month and this is ***** and I'm this close to cancelling the subscription with these ******.
