i'm on a pricelock deal, and I ran into arrears a while ago. in September I made a payment arrangement with DSTV to pay it off over a period. This month I see they Deducted R7250 on my debit order?!!!??????? This was NOT agreed upon, neither did I give consent for this. I need this reversed, and the correct debit order deducted, TODAY, HOW am I going to look after my family? This is *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on the way to lay a case of ***** with saps. I spoke to someone at Dstv earlier today, who informed me I need to go to the bank to reverse the debit order. This unacceptable, Dstv WIL reverse it as I'm more than 2 hours away from any bank. Your services are the worst. I'm gong as far as I can with this. I have no money left to feed my family? I want this resolved now!
