*****!!!!
I was recently debited R1600 (plus minus) for one months subs on premium with playback. I phoned in and was told I have more than 1 decoder linked which I denied. I had a Multichoice recommended company come and upgrade my DSTV to explora last year late, and it seems they took my details from the application form and started loading decoders onto my name. I reported this and was told I must reverse the debit order. Bank told me this is recorded on ITC as a bad payer. I then laid a complaint *** and they said they will escalate and get back to me. This was on the 4th of March. I decided to downgrade recently as I dont see value in the extra 100 plus I have to pay as of april, only to hear another decoder was loaded on the 10th march, after I told them NEVER to allow it again. To date no feedback. This is *****. allowing another person that identifies himself as another person other than me and still loads packages on my name. Should I sue?
