My dstv decoders pvr function was disabled by multi choice which means I was not able to pause, rewind, forward, record or watch my recordings in play list. I phoned multi choice and according to them the debt order went off on the 2nd of February and was reversed on the 23rd of February. On there system there is no extra view activated and no secondary decoder. I have my 2 decoders with extra view for almost 4 years now how is it possible that now all of the sudden nothing is activated. Last year ocktober/september they told me the same that debt order went off but shows it was reversed I EFT the money to multi choice and the next month the debt order dit not go of, I phoned them and I was Iinformed that the debt order dit not go off because I paid in advance. It went well for 3 months and now they are telling me the same story. Someone at multi choice is not doing his/ her work or is busywith *******ion.
