Multichoice charges a pro rata fee as well as disconnection fees without informing the client. The service was not disconnected but R50 was charged, then for a payment made 4 days after the 1st of the month, a pro rata charge is app****. This is a money making scheme. Even paying a normal TV license has no hidden intentions.<br> It is ********** to add fees to an individual's account and not inform them. DSTV prices are ridiculously high for the limited TV programmes it offers.<br> I expect the prorate and disconnection fees to be waivered with immediate effect or I will report the matter to Consumer Protection.
