I cant believe how easy it is to commit ***** at multichoice. My ID was used by an obvious ********* as in his recording to open an acc on my name made so many noticeable errors but the sales attendant preferred to ignore the false id and just move on in order to get a sale. NOW I have to wait a month to b cleared from ITC and I app**** for a explorer which has been declined because of incompentant salesman. I have requested to have an explorer to which im told my name needs to be cleared first but yet they admit it was ***** and that it was not me. Hopefully I will get some response as im told by Malik the explorer is not his division and will forward my request to which im still waiting. I find this shocking and just no care or apology to the lack of proper scrutiny when acc are opened. And that I am not offered an after service as this was not me at fault. Im still treated as if I owe them. MAY I GET THE SERVICE DUE TO ME!!!!!!
