Frastrayed by overcharges

This company is over charging me ,in September 2022 ,they called me about special of 3 months they have.i was paying them R560 for my subscription They said for this special I'll pay R683 for 3 months ,we agreed on that Now they are charging me R865, I paid them the amount we agreed upon,now they closed my view ,all cjannels They want me to pay R1092 Today I paid the same amount of agreement still my channels are all blocked This is unfair cause I never miss payment ,and now this overcharging is draining me financially and frustrating me They must stick to agreement and not be greedy,pls help me Peter and I'll report them to other services that deal with consumer rights,or legal action
