Forward DSTV complaints to the ombudsman

Can hello peter please refer DSTV complaints to the Ombudsman? DSTV by far has the most complaints. I haven’t watched TV in 2months now and have tried every avenue. They are all useless. Of all the channels I have access to only 3 are playing, all my favorite channels reboot the decoder whenever I try to tune in.
