Formula One Spin not working properly

DSTV have a reward program ….currently running a Formula One spin . So I received a spin to win. Voucher for R100, but when I claim I only get a voucher for R50 When I write to them they just keep on delaying a reply by saying it’s been escalated but nothing gets done it’s quite pathetic. Or they ask for my account details over and over when they have them.

Why do I now get a response from an unknown person via email and not from DSTV, and then telling me my correspondence amount was correct.
Is DSTV providing games with false info?
This is ********. What is going on with DSTV?
First delays to my emails until I report it here now I get a reply from an unknown person, gosh this is scary.
