Formal Complaint – Outstanding Refund for Overpayment

I am writing to formally complain regarding the unresolved refund for the overpayment made on my account.

I have already submitted the required supporting documents, including proof of payment, multiple times. Despite complying with every request, the matter remains unresolved and I continue to receive repeated requests for the same documents without any meaningful progress on the refund.

At this stage, the handling of this matter is creating the impression that I am being unfairly treated and possibly being ****med out of money that rightfully belongs to me. It is unacceptable for a customer to repeatedly provide proof of payment while the company continues delaying the refund process without proper explanation.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to fair, honest, and reasonable service. I therefore request that this matter be resolved urgently and that the refund be processed without any further unnecessary delays.
