forced upgrade

I was offered a free upgrade for a month as a reward, I accepted. Now they I am being told i upgraded for 24 months with price lock, they debiting my account for an upgrade that was supposed to be a gift. I called Multi choice to rectify this they do not seem interested it has been over two months now busy calling, I was so shocked when i was told that even DSTV cannot get hold of price lock. this is disgusting. You are forcing an upgrade on on me. I did not agree to a 24 months compact plus contract i need this fixed.
