Forced to pay money I dont owe them. *******

A week ago my service was disconnected for no reason. I phoned call centre, I was told sorry, just pay R122.00 they will reconnect. I asked what is R122.00 for because ima paying with debit order monthly, they dont know why. Anyway, I paid R122.00 I was reconnected. Today being 10/09/2019 i was disconnected again. I drove to their office cause I felt abused.Jabulile Thusi at their help centre, says I must pay R1000 plus to be reconnected. DSTV has been debiting my account monthly , R939.00, she can not tell me why i must pay this amounty. She then changed and say i must pay R752.00 for reconnection. It was clear, she had no idea what was this amount for, I was just asked rudely to pay or no reconnection. I obliged. Now I have been ****** R939.00 that was debited and forced to pay R139 and R752.00 for reconnection. ****************. I downgraded it, in no time I am cancelling this whole DSTV thing. nonsense
