Forced to pay a package I can't afford.
I have been trying to get assistance for a number of days regarding downgrading and not being forced to pay to watch another month on a package I can't afford anymore. I'm still in the same position I was after speaking to your rude consultant Anita. I want to downgrade and then pay what I can afford. I have been following up on the last message you sent to me but there is no reply to my messages. Your service is ridiculous.
