forced software upgrade whilst watching a live match
<p>So watching a match I had clearly paid to watch, my decoder restarts and starts downloading an upgrade without my concent. I do know this happens around 4am everyday and wonder why this was forced 1030pm. Quite disappointed especially after my previous issue still went unresolved.</p>

Service put down to the R29 one. no point keeping service when there is no assistance. will cancel this month end totally. Hopefully someone will be able to buy the decoder off my hands.
