For Multichoice and OnAirTV to stop ****ming us
On the 27th of February 2025, OnAirTV sent their delivery guy to come fetch the decoder they sold to me under false advertising, the guy came to my house and my partner was home to fetch the package.
When he got there, he demanded for the certelite dish and decoder to be packaged, then my partner told him that when they came to install the dish, they removed the original one, installed theirs and never left any packaging, they only thing that was packaged was the decoder which my partner gave them packaged.
The delivery guy was on a call with his manager(Precious), she instructed the guy to leave the package as she kept saying it was not ready. My partner then requested to speak to this Precious, she told my partner that Multichoice won't accept the package as it was even though my partner had already told them that it was never packaged, Precious then dropped the call.
Precious and the delivery guy kept on communicating with each other on WhatsApp and the guy said he was leaving the package as he is instructed to, I was also on my way home and told the delivery guy to wait for me as I was 10 minutes away from the house.
The delivery guy refused to wait for me and ran away as my partner kept telling him that I am only a few minutes away. Mind you, this guy **** and said he tried to call me numerous times and couldn't get ahold of me but when my partner made the call she was able to get ahold of me.
I need Multichoice to fix this issue as I know this OnAirTV ****mers are working with Multichoice, pushing sales for them but when you call Multichoice they make it quite evident that they won't help you yet they arebthe ones that give these ****mers our data.
Multichoice you need to fix this ASAP, I can't struggle like this for a product I never used.
I am now listed as bad payer because of this ****** service that was forced on me, this people called me and **** to me, saying they are giving me a new decoder as Multichoice were surfacing the old decoders.
I do not have the delivery guy's name but I took his car's registration number as he was running away, JL13PD GP
