For a year now I have been charged the incorrect premium on my price lock subscription and I've repeatedly requested the matter be escalated however no senior management at DStv has contacted me to resolve this

For a year now I have been charged the incorrect premium on my price lock subscription and I've repeatedly requested the matter be escalated however no senior management at DStv has contacted me to resolve this. I presume management at DStv has no regard for Indians.
