Follow up or update

After posting my review on Hello Peter, in less than 24 hrs DSTV promised that I would be contacted. Just 26 hrs later indeed , a friendly DSTV employee by the name of Sandile contacted me and partially resolved the problem. Since the main problem was not resolved, he promised to send a technician to attend to the problem. Today is the 10th and the promise was made on the 7th of same month, July. I am still waiting, no update, nothing.
