Follow up complaint of poor service. First complaint logged on 05/02/2021

Dear Hello Peter team at multichoice/DSTV.

Once again you have proven that as a client I am nothing more than an insignificant spec of dust to you because you did not see it fit to help me resolve my query even after I've sent you 2 follow up emails on 06/02/2021 and on 11/02/2021. I still maintain that the level of customer service from your company is truly putrid.
