Follow up complaint

I had written a review on the 2nd of October about the service received from DSTV, i got a call from management on the 3rd to explain my story and was promised to be called called back on the Monday to give proof of the details received from DSTV, its almost two weeks later and still i have nit been contacted. The service is truly pathetic from staff level right up to management, Lies and empty promises.
