Follow up after complaint
After leaving a bad review for 1 person's unprofessional call centre service, Multichoice followed up on my complaint and I had the best experience, which I am use to with them, ever. They followed up on my complaint and Siposihle from the call centre treated me like royalty and within 5 minutes sorted out my problem. Well done and thank you.
