Fluctuating prices
Hi
your prices changes every month but tghe last time checked i was on a price lock and nobody knows what's happening, evening your customer care doesn't know. i just received yet another sms now telling me my next debit order is R419.00 why bit me as my debit order is R379.00. last month you debited R6.44 more why again nobody knows
can this be resolved with immediate effect?

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies in this regard.
Kindly note that as per our telephone conversation, I explained the fluctuate of amount to pay as it was due to the end of your PriceLock contact. The system had to bill you a pro rated amount on normal rates.
I have credited your DStv account with an amount of R46.44 as you did not received any notification of end of PriceLock contract. As per your request I scheduled your services to downgrade to DStv Access on the 25 February 2021. I will then contact on the 26 February 2021 to inform you of processing the refund amount of R335.44 and also escalating your information to PriceLock team to lock you on DStv Access R79.00 monthly.

08 Mar 2021, 13:21i really was sold on the above mentioned call i received from Sandile but i guess i celebrated too soon as i find myself following up again on things not done
Sandile from DSVT complaints called @15:***00 and promised the following
refund for R385.00 - R379.00 =R6.44
-refund for R419.00 - R379.00 =R40.00
-refund for R379.00 - R130.00 =R289.00
total reversal =R335.44 by 02nd March 2021 to my FNB acc
call me back on 26.02.2021 (only called on the 27th March 2021) to downgrade to Access & get someone to call me back for price lock
call me back on 02nd March 2021 to confirm reversal (didn't called and spoke to two different consultant, forgot their names and they told me no reversal has been but will lock a request for me
today is the 08th March 2021 and there's still no reversal in my bank account and i've still not received a call regarding price lock! besides people offering me a new explora:(
