Flippin bad service

Hi I'm currently working overseas and when I app**** for pricelock was told it gets debited from my account that didn't happen thrice and not that there wasn't sufficient funds but due to some lack of s****s of multichoice. When I called in on three occasions was told problem was with bank and bank said problem lies with them when all my other debits go off why not Dstv. So I cancelled the debit order and agreed to pay cash on my date and just send in pop every month and every month it's the same gets disconnected I call in and reconnect after spending 20 mins on a call. This month was just the worst I had to call in 6 times to reconnect from Dubai where I have to use my airtime to call them. Yinne man how hard can it be to look for payment sent under that specific account number. Please send your staff for some upgrade for there s****s #verydikof***service
