Fixing dstv boxoffice to difficult for staff

I have been trying to fix my dstv box office account for almost a week now. on last week Monday I loaded R180 on my box office account. After several attempts I received the same insufficient funds message. I phoned dstv customer services on the same day and they told us to restart our decoder. Well needless to say it didn't work. I phoned them again the next day and everybody for the next 3 days tolgl us a different story. We finally managed to talk to one of the supervisors who told us the problem are on their side. she promised to phone us back in an hour. We are still waiting. Today is the 7th day and our box office is still not fixed and they are still telling us they will phone us back or we must wait another 48 hours.
